HEL 8002 Leadership Strategies for Innovation & Change
This course is designed for students to explore transformational and other leadership theories, approaches, and core skills to adopt a toolbox of leadership strategies for practical application. The course will assist students in critically examining the relationship between situations and decision making for the demonstration of impactful leadership. Students will examine insights and tools to implement and manage change so that as their leadership develops, so do their abilities to serve as change agents for innovation.
Students will identify core leadership competencies and critically analyze their own strengths and areas for improvement to plan their development and maximize their impact as a leader.
