IST 7100 IT Policy and Strategy
The focus of this course is on strategic management including competitive advantage, corporate governance, diversification, strategic leadership, technology and innovation, policy development, and corporate social responsibility. It will prepare graduate students for IT leadership positions including the Chief Information Officer (CIO) position, and such position’s coinciding responsibility for strategic planning, development and management.
