MHR 7510 AI-Enabled People Analytics
People analytics and AI-enabled decision systems are transforming how organizations evaluate talent, forecast workforce needs, and align human capital strategy with business objectives. This course examines the application of HR metrics, predictive analytics, and AI-supported workforce tools to improve managerial decision-making. Emphasis is placed on interpreting AI-generated insights responsibly, understanding model assumptions and data limitations, and aligning analytics outputs with organizational strategy, compliance requirements, and ethical standards. Students will apply analytical techniques to workforce scenarios and evaluate how AI-enabled systems influence organizational performance and leadership decisions.
