CHE 411 Introduction to Biochemistry
This course presents the structure, function, and performance relationships of biochemical compounds, amino acids buffers, blood, proteins, enzymes, vitamins, pH-buffer system carbohydrates, fats, and nucleic acids. The relationship of biochemistry to biotechnology and medicine is explored. Laboratory experiences will include biochemistry and biotechnology related topics and their application to the discipline.
