OLI 9100 DIP Research I

The dissertation in practice serves as the culmination of the candidate’s doctoral journey, integrating theory and practice to address a real and significant organizational problem of practice. This course is the first in a four‑course sequence designed to guide candidates through the dissertation process. Throughout the sequence, candidates demonstrate their development as scholar‑practitioners by identifying an addressable issue, conducting rigorous research, and designing a viable resolution that can be implemented and evaluated in alignment with the organization’s needs. Each dissertation concludes with a public presentation of the project, its findings, and its outcomes.
