The dissertation in practice serves as the culmination of the candidate’s doctoral journey, integrating theory and practice to address a real and significant organizational problem of practice. This course is the final in the four course sequence designed to guide candidates through the dissertation process. Each dissertation concludes, and this course concludes with a public presentation of the project, its findings, and its outcomes.
