BBM 319 Business Ethics

This course develops applied ethical decision-making skills for upper-division undergraduate business students, preparing them to analyze and respond to complex organizational dilemmas. Students apply structured ethical reasoning frameworks to complex organizational dilemmas involving stakeholders, governance, regulatory accountability, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence. Through applied case analysis, simulations, and structured written and oral assessments, students evaluate ethical risk, assess power dynamics, and formulate defensible leadership recommendations aligned with professional, legal, and societal expectations.
