HIS 300 World and Regional Geography

HIS 300 explores our world through the lens of geography, helping students understand how physical environments and human activities shape where people live and how communities develop. Students examine patterns and processes related to Earth's systems, population, migration, culture, politics, agriculture, industry, urban development, and human interactions with the environment. Through maps, geographic data, and regional case studies, students develop spatial thinking and geographic reasoning skills to compare different regions of the world and explore the factors that influence settlement, development, and daily life.
