POL 350 Economic, Welfare and Income Policy
This course provides the student with an overview of policy issues involving the economy, welfare and income, as well as their interdependence and importance to the government. The policies governments establish and their rationale will be explored. Finally, the importance of policy analysis and evaluation will be discussed. By the end of the course, the student will have an understanding of the competing factors that impact on the establishment of governmental policies and those involving the economy, welfare and income.
