HEL 7705 Current Issues in Higher Education
This course provides an in-depth exploration of contemporary challenges and emerging trends in higher education. Students will engage in critical analysis of current issues impacting higher education and other organizational contexts through scholarly reading, case studies, and applied research. Emphasis is placed on understanding how global, technological, social, and economic forces shape leadership practices and organizational strategies. Learners will evaluate complex problems, propose evidence-based solutions, and develop adaptive approaches to lead effectively in dynamic environments.
