OLI 7105 AI, Technology, and Organizational Learning
Technology can be a catalyst for organizational learning and development. This course focuses on the use of artificial intelligence and other appropriate technologies for integrating learning, knowledge management, and organizational development. Case studies are used to explore how technology can be used to foster curiosity, collaboration, and learning at all levels of the organization. Students examine and experiment with how mobile devices, social media, various information technologies and web-based tools can be used be used to support workplace learning.
