OLI 7805 Current Issues in Organizational Leadership, Learning and Innovation
This course provides an in-depth exploration of contemporary challenges and emerging trends in organization leadership, learning and innovation. Students will engage in critical analysis of current issues impacting organizations through scholarly readings, case studies, and applied research. Emphasis is placed on understanding how global, technological, social, and economic forces shape leadership practices and organizational strategies. Learners will evaluate complex problems, propose evidence-based solutions, and develop adaptive approaches to lead effectively in dynamic environments.
