LAW7080 Sales and Leases

This course examines the law governing contracts for the Sale of Goods under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Covered topics include the formation, interpretation and performance of sales contracts; seller’s warranties; risk of loss; and buyers and sellers remedies for breach. The course also focuses upon problems of statutory interpretation and policy under Article 2. Prerequisite: Contracts I and II
