LAW7000 Advanced Legal Analysis

This course provides advanced instruction and professional training in the art of legal writing – a foundational skill for attorneys. Students learn how to synthesize, conceptualize, and draft instruments that are common in law practice. Students hone communication and advocacy skills through collaborative exercises and assignments. Professors teaching this course may use various doctrinal subjects (e.g., criminal, torts, family) and teach students mastery skills to identify legal issues, apply rules of law, and analyze facts.
