GRN 7222 Psychiatric Mental Health Practicum II
This is the second of four clinical practice experiences. Students will build on knowledge and skills learned in GRN 7221 further applying concepts of psychopharmacologic management, therapeutic modalities, and comprehensive psychiatric assessment to the care of individuals with psychiatric–mental health conditions across the lifespan. Utilizing evidence-based principles, students will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to establish patient-centered treatment plans for psychiatric-mental health conditions. 175 direct care clinical hours are required.
Prerequisite
GRN 7203 and
GRN 7221. Will be taken in same semester with GRN 7204.
