This course consists of independent, faculty-supervised study resulting in the production of a high quality written work product that advances legal scholarship. The written product must meet the criteria for scholarly writing. Pre-requisite: None

Permission of Supervising Faculty and Associate Dean for Academics prior to enrollment.
